Question 1

What is LobbyOS?

Accepted Answer

LobbyOS is an AI voice concierge for Airbnb hosts, short-term rentals and hotels. You put a unique QR code in each room. Guests scan it with their phone camera and ask questions out loud, and LobbyOS answers by voice using the knowledge you added for that room.

Question 2

How do guests use it?

Accepted Answer

There is no app to install. Guests point their phone camera at the QR code in the room, a page opens in the browser, and they tap to talk. They can ask how the TV works, what the Wi-Fi password is, when check-out is, or where the nearest laundromat is.

Question 3

How much does LobbyOS cost?

Accepted Answer

LobbyOS costs $20 per property per month. That includes unlimited rooms, unlimited QR codes and the mobile app and web dashboard. Hotels and hosts with ten or more properties can contact us for volume pricing.

Question 4

Can every room have its own information?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each room gets its own QR code and its own knowledge base. The kitchen can explain the induction hob, the bedroom knows where the spare blankets are, and the living room handles the TV and Wi-Fi.

Question 5

What can I teach LobbyOS about my property?

Accepted Answer

House rules, Wi-Fi details, check-in and check-out steps, appliance instructions, PDF manuals, photos and your favourite places nearby. You don’t have to type: tap the mic in the app and say it, and snap photos straight from your phone camera. LobbyOS answers guests from that information instead of guessing.

Question 6

Can I change an answer after the codes are printed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every printed code stays linked to its room in your app. Edit an answer from your phone or laptop and the next guest who scans hears the new one. You never need to reprint the sticker.

Question 7

How do I get the QR codes?

Accepted Answer

Design them in the app with your logo, colours and a label for each room, then print the whole property in one go, sized for A4, letter or table tents.

Question 8

Does it work for hotels and multiple properties?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every property sits on one dashboard, each with its own rooms and codes, and you can see what guests ask most across all of them.

Question 9

Do I manage it from my phone or a computer?

Accepted Answer

Both. LobbyOS has a mobile app and a web dashboard, so you can add properties and rooms, print QR codes and update each room’s knowledge from wherever you are.
